SUMMER CLINICS
AYSA Summer Sandlot Returns!
Alpharetta Youth Softball Come have fun playing softball in the summer!

Sandlot @ North Park will be held one evening each week. Get out of the house, meet up with friends at North Park and enjoy playing softball in a relaxed, fun, pick up game atmosphere.

Thursdays 7:00-9:00pm: July 14, 21, 28, August 4, 11
Sandlot Cost: $5.00 per session
Summer Clinics - July 16th, 23rd & 30th, 2011 - Available to AYSA players
AYSA and Superior FastPitch Academy (formerly Savannah Fastpitch) team up to bring you Summer Skills clinics!  Keep your softball skills  sharp during the summer months! Clinics are open to ages 8 and up. All Clinics will be held on Field 5. Download the form below for more information.

July 16th - Hitting Fundamentals
July 23rd - Defensive Fundamentals
July 30th - Advanced Skills
Clinic Cost: $15 per session
Pitching and Catching Lessons - Available to AYSA players
Pitching Lessons - max. of 4 players per session - 30 or 1 hour session available

Catching Lessons - 5-7 players per session - 30 minute sessions
Lesson Cost: TBD
High School Information - Varsity, Junior Varsity, Feeder Teams

Milton Eagles Softball!!

Anyone interested in playing softball for the Milton Eagles:

  • 2011-12 Varsity or Junior Varsity Eagles - meeting May 11th @ 5:00pm in Room 1233 at Milton High School

  • 2011-12 Feeder Team - meeting May 10th @ 5:00pm in Room 1233 at Milton High School

Alpharetta Junior Raider Softball

  • Tryouts: conducted towards the end of July and

  • Practices: begin in early August

  • Season: lasting through mid-October.

  • Participants: open to rising 6th, 7th and 8th grade students for the 2011-12 school year that reside within the Alpharetta High School attendance zone. Home school students or those that plan to attend private schools are eligible provided they meet the grade and attendance zone requirements. Questions regarding eligibility may be directed to the feeder program coordinator.

  • Meeting: Monday, May 16th @ 7pm at the Alpharetta High School softball field.
