Special Request Form - this form is available for those families wanting to make team special requests. These requests are accepted ONLY at the registration table during evaluations. They will NOT be accepted via email, phone, etc. A form must be filled out completely and turned in during evaluations in order to be considered. We provide the families the ability to rank the request as critical, high, or convenience. We appreciate each family seriously considering the ranking of their request, as this is the only way that the board understands the need. If your request is because the players are best friends and want to play together, this would be a convenience request. The AYSA Board members that form the teams make every effort to meet the requests of ALL families, however, the number one priority is to ensure teams have coaching, players in skilled positions (pitching/catching), and that the teams are as close in skill level as possible at the beginning of the season. We do not want to have one team loosing every game nor do we want one team dominating the league. |
